Educate - Empower - Equip
Each session is specifically designed to allow ample time for us to listen, assess, treat, and then together construct a holistic program that easily fits into your life. Due to the luxury of being able to spend the entire session with only you, our hope is that the time it takes to achieve your goals is shortened, leaving you even more time to participate in and enjoy the rest of your life!
Lacey Welch, PT, DPT
Owner and Physical Therapist
Hi! I'm so happy you stopped by to learn about my practice. I have been a doctor of physical therapy since 2010, and continue to fall in love with my profession with each passing year. Before I even started physical therapy school I knew that specializing in pelvic health was what I was supposed to do and I've never looked back on this chosen path.
It is incredibly important to feel comfortable with the physical therapist that is going to treat our pelvic health impairments because often, these symptoms are of a sensitive nature. I know this full well, and strive to project empathy and compassion with each client in order to develop a deeply rooted trust, which is absolutely key to recovery.
I am your coach, teammate and sounding board, and I will do everything I possibly can to alleviate your symptoms so that you can get on with life and live it to the fullest!

Did you know that in France, it is mandatory that new moms follow up with a pelvic health physical therapist, just like they do their OB/Midwife, to make sure that there are no impairments that need to be addressed and corrected? Every mom should have access to the expertise of a pelvic health PT to help navigate the countless changes your body endures during pregnancy and after delivering a baby. We would love to provide this service for you. We will listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and perform a comprehensive evaluation and examination, to determine whether or not there is a need for further physical therapy intervention.
